For ages 8-12

   Our Intermediate Level clinic focuses on training players who have some experience in playing competitively or are starting to. We focus on mastering the basics of technique and form, as they are the building blocks of playing tennis. We facilitate a competitive training environment so that players are equipped with the skills to compete and excel in USTA Challenger, Open, and Championship tournaments.

 

   This program focuses on developing players actively competing in high rated Sectional events while advancing them into National level tournaments.

   This program focuses on developing players actively competing in high rated Sectional events while advancing them into National level tournaments.

We help players reach their highest potential by bridging their strokes know-how with shot selections and shot variation so they can confidently execute point structuring.

   Our point playing drills emphasizes on players’ awareness of identifying court positioning to maximize movement efficiency.

Every session is tournament momentum. This very mentally and physically challenging regime ensures that players are tournament ready so they can overcome difficult on court challenges.

 

   We train players as a group, yet we cultivate their potentials as players individually. Through private discussions we help players understand their strengths, which can help them focus on technique and therefore develop a multilateral game style.

   Our Elite Level is our highest clinic level where our nationally ranked and blue chip players are intensely trained. We focus on teaching our players game strategy and style, shot selection, mental toughness, and how to be effective and efficient on the court. Mastering and maintaining these factors throughout a match will lead our players to success.

PHYSICAL FITNESS
PHYSICAL FITNESS

 

   One of the most important factors that makes a tennis player successful is their ability to dominate through long and tough matches. At our academy, we focus on building our players’ physical and mental fitness.

 

   Tennis is an impact game, and each time you strike or run for the tennis ball your body absorbs serious impact. Tennis also requires the strength to hit or run to the ball numerous times during the course of a point, game, set or match. Our training in muscular endurance and muscular strength will help our players quickly recover from prolonged points and be ready to perform again with minimal "rest."

We also focus on enhancing cardiovascular capacity by including both distance training and sprint work.

MENTAL FITNESS

   Tennis mental toughness is more than just the strokes, physical tennis fitness or the strategy in tennis. In order to develop tennis mental toughness, we train our players to be mentally strong and capable of winning the inner game inside every tennis match. The biggest battle in some cases is not the opponent, but rather a player’s own mind. Therefore, we believe that the development of mental toughness in tennis is essential.

   As our players prepare for the next chapter in their academic career, we want to provide our players with the proper guidance as they navigate their way through the college tennis recruiting process. Whether your child is a freshman, sophomore, junior, or senior in highschool, we will work with them to determine their future goals for college athletics at their current stage. We push our players to succeed on and off the court; our extra focus on increasing the player’s UTR (University Tennis Ranking) , academics, and college recruitment process will continue to help our players to secure sports scholarships at their dream schools.
